These resources are for providers and payers looking for help with their ICD-10 implementation and are available on the CMS website in PDF format, just follow the links at the bottom of this post.
The ICD-10 Implementation Guides provide a complete overview of the importance of ICD-10 and how to prepare for the transition to the new codes. The transition process is broken down into phases: planning, communication and awareness, assessment, implementation, testing, and transition.
